Yes. Static QR codes are free to make and download, with no signup, no watermark and no limit on how many you create.
Can I change a QR code after printing it?
Yes, with a dynamic code. It points to a short link you control, so you can change the destination in the dashboard and the printed code follows within about a minute or two. A free static code can't be changed: what's inside it is fixed.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Codes created on a paid plan keep redirecting to their last destination, unless a code is blocked for safety. Your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe again.
Do free QR codes expire?
No. A static code contains your content directly, so it keeps working as long as the content does (for example, as long as the web page stays online). A free trial's dynamic codes don't expire either: after the 14 days, your 3 codes keep redirecting to their last destination.
What happens to the information I type in the free generator?
It stays in your browser. The code is drawn on your device, and your links, WiFi passwords and contact details are never sent to our servers.
