What happens if I cancel?

Codes created on a paid plan keep redirecting to their last destination, unless a code is blocked for safety (phishing or malware). Your workspace becomes read-only: you can't edit destinations or create new codes until you subscribe again. Visits keep being counted, and you see the full details again when you resubscribe.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your first 3 dynamic codes keep redirecting to their last destination for good, unless a code is blocked for safety. Everything else is locked until you choose a plan: you can't edit codes, see scans or make new codes. You can still download those codes' QR images, export your data, use billing and account settings, and contact support. Choose a plan and everything opens again; from then on, all your codes keep working even if you cancel.

Can I change plans?

Yes. If you move to a smaller plan while using more than it includes, everything you have keeps working; you just can't create more until you're within the new plan's limits.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. No card is needed to start, and you're never charged unless you choose a plan.
